Group Coaching

The dynamics of a team greatly affect the art of sales.  As your Group Sales Coach, I get a good feel for your team and how these dynamics can work in your team’s favor.  Personalities, individual skill levels, understanding of your product both individually and collectively, matter.  

As your Lunanation Group Sales Coach, I come to your office.  I evaluate your team in action on real time sales pitches, visits, followups or cold calls so that we can make the adjustments and improvements needed to not just reach your team’s goals but blast past them.
